I do like to walk every single day for at least 2 hours. I have 2.4 creatnine, 34 gfrm, HBP and DM. My age is 56.

I would check with your physician about your exercise program. However, typically walking is excellent exercise and if permitted by your physician, exercise/walking can be good for overall health.
